Clients

Shelley loves helping people resolve muscular pain- both recent and long-held. Over the years she has developed a special focus on neck, shoulder, foot, and leg pain. Her experience also includes working with clients who live with chronic pain, and pediatrics. For example, she has helped people manage fibromyalgia, MS, low back pain, TMJ, and more. Shelley uses non-invasive massage techniques to help people feel better.

Conditions

As an experienced therapist, Shelley has helped people with many health and wellness needs. For example: stress, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, muscle pain and spasm, neck pain, carpal tunnel, back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, headaches, arthritis, foot pain, plantar fasciitis, leg pain, scar tissue, cancer, TMJ Disorder, MS, fibro, prenatal and more…

I started going to Shelley before my shoulder surgery when dealing with incredible back, shoulder, and neck pain. One treatment brought me immense relief.

I continued going regularly post-op in hopes it would help my recovery.  My first appointment was 2 weeks after my surgery and I was TERRIFIED that the massage would hurt…how could it not??  But  incredibly…Shelley didn’t hurt me at all.  What I did feel was noticeably less pain about an hour afterwards.

I’ve kept going back because let’s face it…it  feels awesome.  And I’ve noticed fewer aches and pains in general.
