Roz Diefenbach believes in creating a safe healing space for diverse people to receive care. They have experience working with clients who have muscular pain from overuse; chronic pain from EDS/HSD; and clients seeking to alleviate anxiety.
For massage, they do a lot of targeted therapeutic work to help reduce pain. They do a blend of focused pressure with gliding movement and stretching to blend in relaxation with therapeutic effect. They also love doing Hot Stone Massage and incorporating Cupping.
Although newer to massage than some of our other team members, Roz is an up-and-comer. They have a natural talent for zeroing in on tight spots and have a passion for learning and honing their skills. They care about their clients and love making a positive impact on people through their work.
