Pete Finfrock is a versatile therapist who enjoys bringing health and balance to his community. He has experience working with clients experiencing muscular pain from overuse or athletics; chronic pain from conditions such as fibromyalgia and TMJD; and clients working back to wellness after an injury or health event.
With massage, he does a lot of targeted therapeutic work to help increase the functionality of muscle tissue while decreasing pain. He loves incorporating stretching and movement techniques when appropriate.
With personal training, he helps people slowly build up using corrective exercise concepts that focus on quality of movement. He has experience with exercise coaching for folks with fibro and for people coming back to exercise after a health setback. This type of training helps people regain energy, stamina, and quality of life.
