Kai Conley is an empathetic and caring therapist who enjoys helping people feel at home in their bodies. She has experience working with people during and after pregnancy; folks with chronic pain from conditions such as EDS/HSD and fibro; and clients who have cancer as a current or past part of their health history.
With massage, she gravitates towards a flowing style and moderate pressure mixed with some focused work to help clients ease stress and pain. She blends many techniques pulling from Swedish, Prenatal/Postpartum, Oncology, Trigger Point, Thai/Stretching, and Cupping.
Kai centers body liberation in her practice. Body liberation goes beyond body positivity to bring an ideal of acceptance of all bodies to our society, with a special focus on ending fat phobia. She is also a proud ally to queer and trans folks.
