Cameron believes that the key to effective work begins with truly listening to the client prior to session and while on the table. He specializes in blending relaxation and therapeutic techniques to help people ease both physical and mental tension. He often incorporates breathwork and techniques to ease anxiety and encourage deep relaxation.

With massage, he can use both gentle and firm pressure, but he excels at “gentle therapeutic” techniques. He can pull from many styles including Myofascial, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Massage, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, and Cupping.

Cameron enjoys working with a diverse set of clients and applying his skills to a wide range of therapeutic goals. In particular he has recently been focusing on helping clients with Fibromyalgia and TMJ disorder.
