Amanda Ebbesen-Ordelheide loves helping people reset pain patterns. She specializes in working towards therapeutic outcomes; folks who like deep pressure massage; and clients who have repetetive motion injuries or recent onset pain problems.

With massage, she gravitates towards a firm pressure focused approach mixed with cupping and stretching to help clients ease tension and pain. She blends many techniques pulling from Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Stretching, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping.

Amanda came to massage with a medical background which she applies towards helping her clients. She is open to folks who have complex or specialized needs and is comfortable thinking outside of the box to help problem-solve with her clients.
