We bring portable chairs, or tables, depending on your event. We take care of everything needed to deliver an awesome massage experience to your group. We will travel up to an hour from Richmond.
PERFECT FOR EVENTS
Short five to thirty minute sessions means we can see a large number of people at a time. The participants remain fully clothed, so we can set up anywhere; in an office, special event, or on a sports field.
CHAIR MASSAGE IS ALWAYS A HIT!
We customize each mini-massage to each person– relaxation, sports massage, or pain relief. We do a quick intake with each person and design their session on-the-spot to take care of them.

Our most popular option is ten minutes of chair massage per person. Typically we set up in a quiet room- break room, conference room, office, etc… and have participants select their time slot in advance. We can bring quiet music to set the tone.

Wellness programs are custom-designed to fit your organization’s needs. Typically we arrange to come on a pre-set schedule based on your organizations needs. Ten to thirty minute chair massage is the most popular option.

Pricing will be based on a number of factors including number of hours on site, number of therapists, and travel time. Minimum fee is $160.
A deposit of 50% will be required to hold the date unless credit is established in advance. Full payment is due 30 after from service.
Cancellations up to a week prior to the event will receive a refund of their deposit minus a 15% administrative fee. If event is cancelled between seven and one days in advance, the deposit will be kept. Full amount will be due if the event is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
We do not currently provide in-home massage services.
All therapists are licensed and insured. Nimbus will provide a written health background and waiver form for each massage recipient to fill out prior to their session.
