Our studio is particularly geared towards helping people begin exercise for the first time; get back into exercise after a break; or build a doable routine in the context of a chronic pain condition.
Movement and exercise can help most anyone feel better. However, many approaches are too aggressive for folks with health concerns or beginners. Our trainer can help those who may not be a good fit at a traditional gym get started and stay motivated. Personal training can help you find your unique path to sustainable fitness.
We had our chronic pain clients in mind when we first decided to offer Personal Training services- since exercise can be incredibly helpful, but also tricky to not overdo. As such, our workout room is not a traditional gym; rather we have a selection of key equipment for full-body training. Over the years we have grown our program to help people with a wide range of fitness goals.
Similar to massage, it takes special know-how to guide people through the right balance of exercises for their body. Our trainer uses a collaborative and gradual building process to help you make gains and avoid over training. We also help people create exercise programs that they can take home or to their own gym.
