Kassia Arbabi blends her natural talent for finding tight spots with her training in therapeutic massage to help people relieve both short-term and long-term pain and discomfort. In particular, she enjoys helping musicians who struggle with pain-patterns from repetitive movement, and working with women who live with chronic pain. She has years of experience helping people with a variety of body pain issues.
Kassia’s slow, intentional approach promotes both physical and mental relaxation. By staying present with her clients needs, she is able to focus on problem areas and achieve a comprehensive and thorough treatment; a full body reset. She relies heavily on Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques, and also has training in Thai/Stretching, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Orthobionomy and Oncology Massage.
Kassia believes that our bodies have an inherent health and vitality which may get lost in the midst of pain, injury, or the busyness of life. She finds that by easing pain through massage, she can improve her clients general well-being and quality of life.
