Our mainstay class. This gentle yoga practice helps you shift into a place of mindfulness and calm. The instructor takes you through a series of poses and designed to help the nervous system unwind and reset.

Massage Away Lyme
Massage is one of the complementary therapies that can help people who live with chronic Lyme feel better. This May 31st we are partnering with Lyme Warrior to raise funds for research into the disease. A portion of all proceeds for the day will go to benefit this local non-profit. Over 300,000 become infected with this tick-borne illness annually. Let’s help stop it!
