We believe that evidence-based complementary therapies are powerful tools to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. They can help people relieve pain, lessen anxiety, and improve quality of life. Sometimes, finding the right complementary therapy can be that missing piece of the treatment puzzle that takes people to their next level of wellness.
Research into complementary, integrative, and alternative therapy is a burgeoning field. Our team uses current research to guide our practice. Our team members actively seek out opportunities to gain new skills, including advanced-level training, so that they can deliver better results for their clients.
Your practitioner will talk with you about your wellness goals, your health history, and what has worked (or not) for you in the past. They will then tailor your session based on your goals. Whether you want to run a marathon, be more present and less stressed, or be able to play with your grandkids– our team will listen to you and and your needs.
Our sessions and programs are designed for our clients. We offer flexible package and membership options to fit what will work best for you and your goals. We also believe that the time you book means the session time and consultation time does not take away from the length of your session.
We do occasionally have same-day appointments. However, our team stays fairly well booked so more advanced notice is recommended. Appointments can be scheduled on-line or by phone.
